These are the default terms for engaging AIflowiz. Specific projects may have a custom MSA that takes precedence, but everything here is the floor.
1. Scope
We deliver what's in the signed proposal. Anything outside that scope is a new engagement, quoted separately. Unless explicitly added to the proposal, the introductory price excludes custom product UI, compliance certification, ongoing hosting, 24/7 support, and integrations beyond the agreed three. We never bill hourly.
2. Payment
- 50% on signature, 50% after you approve the completed work
- Net-15 after each milestone
- Late fees of 2%/month on unpaid balances over 30 days
3. AI Automation Pilot price and credit
The first three paid AI Automation Pilot projects are $950 fixed. This introductory price covers one clearly defined task, up to three connected tools, and a 7-14 day delivery target unless the signed proposal says otherwise. If you sign a larger build proposal within 30 calendar days of final approval, we apply 100% of the pilot fee you paid as a one-time credit. A refunded engagement does not also create a credit. Pricing after the first three introductory engagements is quoted separately.
4. Refund guarantee
If an AI Automation Pilot fails to meet the success metric stated in the signed proposal within 14 days of delivery, you get the fee refunded. You must provide the agreed access, representative data, and review time needed to measure that metric.
5. IP ownership
On final payment, all custom code and prompts transfer to you. We retain rights to generic utilities, internal tooling, and patterns that pre-existed the engagement.
6. Liability
Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We're not liable for downstream business decisions made on top of AI output. Humans review the result.
7. Termination
Either side can end the engagement with 14 days' notice. Work-in-progress is invoiced pro-rata; no kill fees.
