AIflowiz ("we", "us") builds AI systems for our clients. This page explains how we handle data when you visit our site or hire us.
1. What we collect on this site
- Anonymous traffic stats (Plausible, no cookies, no fingerprinting)
- Anything you put in the contact form or audit booking
- Email replies and call recordings if you opt in
2. What we never collect
- Cross-site tracking cookies
- Behavioural advertising data
- Sensitive personal data (health, biometric, etc.) without an explicit DPA
3. Client data during a project
Code lives in your repos. Models run in your cloud. We get scoped, time-limited access — and we revoke it the day the project ships. Detailed terms live in the per-project DPA.
4. Subprocessors
For internal ops we use: Vercel, Cloudflare, Linear, Notion, Plausible, Stripe, Google Workspace. Full list and DPAs available on request.
5. Your rights
Email [email protected] for access, deletion, or portability requests. We reply within 30 days, usually within 4 hours on weekdays.
